Sordin Hear2 sound profiles that allow you to easily select the most suitable operating mode via the buttons on the side of the cup:
- Hunter: Hunting and general-use mode. Broad compatibility for most usage needs, making the experience comfortable and efficient.
- Shooter: Firing range mode. In this profile, you can concentrate on your performance without distractions from surrounding events. Recommended for use with the X2 earplugs in Dual-Protection mode.
- Focus: High amplification and alert mode. Wide frequency range that helps you hear even the faintest sounds; it can be used with earplugs to achieve maximum protection.
- Ambient Off: Hearing feature disabled, but AUX communication remains operational. Passive hearing protection suited for situations requiring maximum concentration.

Thin cup design suitable for both right- and left-handed shooters as well as eyewear users, and it also works well with firearm stocks.

With standard Gel damping rings, the attenuation values are:

In Dual-Protection usage, when using Sordin SoftEar earplugs (measurements taken with M/L-size plugs), the attenuation values increase to:

The sound-limiting hearing function allows safe hearing of surrounding sounds, such as warning signals, vehicles, and important announcements, as the output maximum level is limited to 82 dB. Quick recovery time restores normal sound immediately after a gunshot.

3.5 mm AUX input for external sound devices, which allows easy connection of external devices such as hunting radios, walkie-talkies, mobile phones, etc., for communication, as well as sound feedback indicating active functions and low battery levels. Durable electronics are protected from moisture by several layers of protective lacquer, and automatic power cut-off shuts down the device after four hours. Waterproof microphones ensure reliable operation even in demanding conditions.
