The online store is the easiest way to shop: You can check product availability in real time and make sure the products you want are reserved for you immediately.

Fastest option

Store Pickup

  • Free pickup from any Aawee store.
  • Fast processing: If the product is in the store, the order is usually ready the same day.
Recommended for delivery

Matkahuolto

  • Parcel pickup point delivery and home delivery.
  • Licensed products: Delivery only via Matkahuolto (shipment handed over personally).

  • Note: Licensed products cannot be delivered via Posti.

Delivery Time and Stock Availability

Our estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days. Store-specific stock balances can be found on each product page under "Store availability".

  • Products in one warehouse: We aim to dispatch the order within 24 hours.
  • Products in multiple warehouses: The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
Delivery management: We collect products from multiple warehouses and deliver them either in one combined shipment or in several batches. Aawee Oy reserves the right to choose the delivery method in order to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Delivery Terms for Licensed Products

Important Information for the Customer

Ordering firearms, ammunition and licensed parts always requires an official permit. We do not accept permit information by email.

All buyers of licensed products must verify their identity via Signicat electronic identification.

1. Firearms (Subject to Procurement Permit)

Before delivery, you must send the original procurement permit issued by the police (4 copies, signed) to Aawee Oy’s Jämsä store. Please include the order number.

2. Ammunition, ERVA Magazines and Firearm Parts

Provide a copy of both sides of the possession permit during the electronic identification process.

ERVA definition: Certain magazines (pistol >20 rounds, rifle >10 rounds) require an ERVA marking on the permit if the permit was issued after 15.07.2017.

3. Airguns

The customer must be at least 18 years old. Identity must be verified electronically or with a copy of an identity document.

4. Delivery Methods and Restrictions

  • Firearms and ammunition: Only via Matkahuolto, either picked up from a logistics point or delivered to your home.
  • Gunpowder: Pickup from a store or delivery via Kaukokiito.

Online Banking and Cards

Paytrail Oyj: All Finnish online banks, Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard.

Invoice and Installments

Klarna: 14-day interest-free invoice or Klarna account (installment payments). Please note! We do not sell to consumers by direct invoice.

Employee Benefits

ePassi, Smartum, Edenred: Only for ATC / Aawee Training Centre shooting range services and courses.

Cancellations and returns: 14-day right of return for unused products in the original packaging. In cases of defects, please contact customer service.

Force Majeure: Aawee Oy is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, such as war, natural disaster or export restrictions.
