Returns, Exchanges and Complaints
Returns and Exchanges
Products have a full 14-day right of exchange and return. The returned product must be unused, unmodified and in intact original packaging.
Logistics costs: If the product is intact and matches the order, normal Matkahuolto logistics costs will be charged for returns and exchanges.
Refunds: These are usually processed within 14–30 days from receiving the return, depending on the payment method.
Warranty and Complaints
Warranty: Defined on a product-by-product basis. Return and exchange delivery costs do not need to be paid in warranty cases.
Complaints: All complaints related to the order must be sent to customer service within 7 days of receipt.
Returning the Product
Send the return primarily to the store from which the shipment was sent. If you do not know the sender, send it to Jämsä. Pack the product carefully.
Please include the following with the shipment:
- Name of the customer and order number
- Reason for the return
- Your preference: exchange for a similar product or refund
- Bank account number for the refund

Always contact customer service before shipping. Use the MH return number or request a separate MH code for critical products.
Special Terms
Used products: Sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale. The product may not correspond to a new equivalent product in terms of features.
Order cancellation: The customer may cancel the order if the delivery is unreasonably delayed. Aawee Oy reserves the right to cancel the order due to incorrect information or stock balances.
Force Majeure: Aawee Oy is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as war, natural disaster, export/import restrictions or an official authority decision.
