The DAA Ratchet Belt is an advanced version of the DAA Premium Belt.
This belt utilizes the same material rigidity that has established DAA Premium belts as the gold standard in IPSC and USPSA competitive shooting worldwide.
The popularity and success of the ratchet buckle used in the DAA Lynx belt system, along with numerous customer requests for a "single-piece belt featuring a ratchet," motivated us to develop this new belt and the custom-designed inner belt that accompanies it.
The outer belt of the DAA Ratchet Belt is designed to be shorter and does not overlap like a traditional Velcro belt.
Instead, the two ends of the belt are pulled together and secured tightly around the waist with the ratchet and rubber fastening strap.
This allows the shooter to adjust the tightness of their belt extremely quickly and easily: the belt can be tightened during performance and loosened by a few clicks for comfort in between competitive stages.
This new structure alters the functionality of the belt size measurement: the size indicated on the belt corresponds to the actual length of the belt section that goes around the waist – excluding the protruding ratchet strap, which adds up to 10 cm of extra length.

Ratchet Belt Inner Belt:
The inner belt included with the DAA Ratchet Belt is a custom-made DAA Ratchet inner belt. It features an innovative soft section designed to fit under the ratchet buckle.
The soft part of this inner belt folds in on itself when tightening the ratchet without creating uncomfortable folds or pressure points on the body.
Simply place the soft section where you know the ratchet will buckle, and enjoy better comfort and performance.
The DAA Ratchet inner belt is tapered at both ends, which makes it easier to thread through the belt loops of your pants from either direction, allowing the collapsible section to be positioned in the best possible spot.
When the inner belt is delivered with a complete Ratchet Belt, the DAA logo on the inner belt matches the colors of the outer belt: silver logo strap on black/silver belts, blue logo strap on blue belts, and red logo strap on red belts.
This new Ratchet inner belt is also available for separate purchase - recommended for those using Lynx belts with a ratchet buckle.
