Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 12/89 Comfortech Optifade

Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 series Comfortech stock in Camo Optifade pattern shotgun. Magnum 28" interchangeable choke barrel. The standard delivery includes 5 internal interchangeable chokes, of which 3 are fully internal and 2 have a combination of internal/external constriction.

The SBE 3 Comfortech is suitable for all shotgun hunting. The lower part of the action frame is made from ERGAL while the upper receiver is specially hardened and securely attached to the barrel. The right side of the action frame features the model name SUPER BLACK EAGLE 3.

The barrel is made 100% in Italy from a special nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, and both the barrel and chokes are cold-hammer forged. The barrel rib is elevated for hunting purposes. The front sight is a small red fiber optic. The chamber length is 89mm (3 1/2") and the shotgun is compatible with standard, magnum, and supermagnum cartridges. The SBE3 model's action frame features screw holes for the easy attachment of a Picatinny rail as an accessory. The chokes are cold-hammer forged 7cm/9cm long Crio chokes.

The new Comfortech 3 stock is patented by Benelli and designed to reduce recoil. Made from durable fiberglass-reinforced plastic (Rilsan), the stock incorporates thirteen synthetic recoil-absorbing "boomerangs". The newly developed, softer Comptech cheek pad made from polyurethane and the Comfortech stock reduce perceived recoil by multiple percentages. Additionally, the rise of the barrel has been significantly decreased, allowing for quicker re-targeting. The forend and forend cap have been reshaped, and the forend's ergonomics ensure an optimal and balanced grip.

The trigger guard of the SBE 3 model is redesigned to ensure easy use of the firearm. It features a two-part and spring-loaded shell carrier plate, making cartridge feeding from the magazine easier and removing them from the magazine (from below) much lighter and more user-friendly than in the SBEII model. The Easy Locking action, familiar from the Raffaello-13 series, rotates all the way even if the action is quietly closed by hand, ensuring the firearm is always ready to fire. The cocking lever and action release button are larger than those in the SBEII model.

The drop of the stock is adjustable within the standard delivery using the included drops (50-64mm from the line of sight), and the bend can be adjusted to suit either right- or left-handed shooters. The standard stock pad is 2.5cm thick. With the standard stock pad installed, the pull length of the firearm is 365mm. Optional accessories include longer (+1cm) and shorter (-1cm) stock pads. The firearm's structure allows for the installation of extended magazine tubes. SBE 3 series firearms are delivered in a black plastic transport case.
