Direct Action MED Pouch Vertical MK II

This is a slightly modified version of our MED POUCH VERTICAL. The most notable change is the prominently displayed MED sign on the front, which is laser-cut into the loop Velcro®, allowing the addition of various patches, including IR indicators. The insert has been refined to reduce weight and bulk while retaining essential features from previous versions. This two-piece IFAK is designed to fit on a chest rig side panel or a belt, occupying similar PALS real estate as a magazine pouch. Constructed primarily from proprietary laminate and 500D Cordura®, the medical pouch allows for the rapid deployment of equipment with a single pull of the Velcro®-secured flap. All first-aid gear is thoughtfully arranged and secured with elastic webbing loops. The interior of the main pouch is lined with loop Velcro®, enabling the attachment of our SHEARS pouch. The pouch is compatible with any MOLLE/PALS modular platform and can also be mounted on any 45mm wide gun belt using specially designed paracord loops.
