The factory Sako ARG S40 Reservist rifles have been tested with the following cartridges: SWISS P .223 DS-1 3.6/55G FMJ, and GGG 55gr NATO ball
During the first 500 shots, the gas system, trigger mechanism, and bolt will adapt, after which the rifle's performance typically improves even with weaker loads.
