KÄRÄJÄMIES AUTOMATIC RIFLE. KAR-21 is a modern rifle system designed to use two different calibers from the same firearm. The caliber can be changed from .223 Rem to .308 Win with just one tool.
A full-length, monolithic upper receiver with Picatinny rail for optics mounting allows a secure attachment for optics and night vision devices. The rifle can fit a muzzle brake, silencer, or flash suppressor. The rifle features an adjustable gas port for suppressors - we recommend using blow-through suppressors. The design accommodates both right- and left-handed shooters. Eight positions for various sling attachments
Compared to competitors, the recoil control of the rifle is easier due to the barrel line being below the stock line.
Caliber Change
All in one rifle. Thanks to the patented solution, you can switch between calibers at short range from .223 Rem to longer range .308 Win. Caliber change is accomplished with a single hex key and by exchanging four parts:
