Enhanced ergonomics and control

The new RTF6 texture combines RTF2 and RTF4 textures, providing better grip while ensuring a more comfortable texture. The textured surface area has significantly increased compared to earlier versions. The grip is better shaped to fit various hand sizes, ensuring a more secure hold for the shooter. The trigger mechanism has been redesigned for more controlled usage and a straighter pull at the trigger finger position. The trigger has also been moved slightly backward, making it more suitable for shooters with smaller hands or shorter fingers. Two interchangeable back plates (2mm and 4mm) are included to ensure proper fit for larger hands.

The grip features a high beavertail, allowing for a critical high grip for recoil management, protecting the shooter's hand from the slide's movement. The design of the frame has been improved by raising the undercut of the trigger guard to allow for a higher grip, enhancing recoil control. Thumb rests are shaped on both sides above the trigger guard, directly molded into the frame to aid in establishing an identical grip and assisting in recoil management. The Magwell has been enlarged, meaning the magazine well has been widened and beveled to speed up and ensure successful magazine changes. The slide stop lever has been raised and widened on both sides of the frame to reduce the possibility of accidental engagement. The slide serrations have been deepened and shaped in a new way to ensure better handling.

Revised optics mounting system.

Optics compatibility is now standard in every Gen6 firearm. Instead of separate mounting plates, sights now attach directly to the slide of the firearm using a plastic adapter plate as assistance. The plastic adapter plate reduces recoil impact on the sight. Attaching the sight directly to the slide without a mounting plate lowers the red dot sight closer to the bore, facilitating the finding of the sight picture.

Improved reliability while maintaining accessory compatibility.

Reliability of the firearm has been enhanced through small changes to the recoil spring, extractor, and barrel. The firearm retains compatibility with Gen5 compliant magazines and holsters, meaning owners of previous generations don't need to change their existing gear, and new owners will have a wide variety of options available.
