Fabarm manufactures firearms from start to finish in its factory in Italy. The barrels are drilled from solid steel material, allowing for an immense number of shots as well as pressure tolerance without altering the barrel's structure. All Fabarm barrels are steel shot proof and have been tested up to 1630 bar! This enables the use of all CIP cartridges, even with the toughest materials and tight chokes.
XLR Composite Basic is an exceptionally well-crafted gas-operated semi-automatic shotgun, featuring a gas piston system designed for rapid, reliable operation while minimizing recoil. The shotgun comes with an aluminum receiver, a machined steel bolt, and thoughtfully designed controls. The barrel is made using TriBore HP technology, which effectively reduces recoil with an enlarged overbore area, while the choke section compensates for lost shot speed. The 82 mm long chokes ensure a truly even shot pattern. On top of the barrel, there is a 6 mm rail with a red fiber optic bead - the receiver has a green indicator for locating the correct barrel line in low-light conditions. Furthermore, the receiver features machined spots for attaching optical sights. The safety is conveniently located at the base of the trigger guard for easy access. The bolt release is cleverly positioned on the left side of the receiver, which is easy to manipulate with either hand. Durable and enduring stocks are equipped with a soft silicone butt pad and cheek rest on the rear stock.
