Stability, No Matter the Terrain
The Tikka Optipod is built to withstand tough conditions. Its frame is made from robust fiberglass-reinforced polymer, making it extremely light (weighing only about 300 g) yet exceptionally durable. The bipod is designed to operate on any surface: removable rubber feet reveal sharp ice spikes for grip on slippery surfaces, and the included wide snow feet prevent sinking into soft ground.
Intuitive and Fast Operation
The adjustments of the Optipod are optimized so that the shooter does not need to change their position in the middle of action. The spring-loaded height adjustment can be operated with one hand, and the legs can fold 90 degrees forward or backward for transport. The 12-degree cant feature ensures that you can align your firearm accurately even on uneven slopes.
Versatile Mounting Options
The Tikka Optipod attaches directly to a Picatinny rail. However, an adapter is included in the package, allowing the bipod to be mounted on a traditional sling swivel stud. This makes it compatible with nearly any rifle model.
