A new generation steel suppressor for rifles, designed for extreme conditions. The Silent Steel full-length suppressor is manufactured and designed in Finland!

Suppressors will be updated to Generation 3 on June 18, 2024. All new 5.56 suppressors available for order will already be of the new generation. Other calibers will follow later. The new version improves flash and sound suppression significantly. Previous GEN2 Micro and Compact suppressors had excessive flash, especially with short barrels and certain ammunition. The new GEN3 suppressors excel at flash suppression, with the Micro effectively eliminating flash from a 10" barrel. Additionally, sound suppression has reached a new level. For both Compact and Streamer suppressors in 5.56 caliber, sound levels remain below 137dB when measured next to the shooter's ear, ensuring a safe level for hearing. The interior of the new series suppressor has changes, identifiable by the cone visible in the bullet hole and the GEN3 marking on the end.

The Streamer is Silent Steel's full-length suppressor. Suppression effectiveness: 15-36dB. The suppressor can be disassembled for maintenance. The through-and-through model is recommended for gas-operated semi-automatic rifles. A baffle replacement kit is also available, specifically designed for bolt-action rifles. Baffle suppressors offer better performance for hunting than through-and-through models. The suppressor's caliber can also be changed by swapping the interior. Streamer series suppressors effectively eliminate all visible flash from the barrel and optimally reduce noise.

The through-and-through design does not significantly increase the amount of returning gas to the rifle. Thus, there is no need to change the gas settings. This steel-bodied suppressor is built for practical shooting and endures high temperatures well.

The suppressor with QD (Quick Detachable) mounting attaches to Silent Steel's own muzzle brake/flash suppressor. The suppressor and the barrel's muzzle brake feature M27x1.5 threads, allowing easy attachment and removal of the suppressor from the rifle. The design ensures that the pressure from firing tightens the suppressor, keeping it securely in place without requiring additional locking mechanisms. The brake's head construction and heat-resistant O-ring seal the suppressor to prevent combustion residues from entering the threads.

Thanks to the mounting structure, the suppressor attaches consistently to the same point, ensuring minimal changes in point of impact. The symmetrical internal structure exerts the same effect on the bullet from all sides, maintaining a consistent trajectory. On average, shooting with this suppressor alters the point of impact by 1-4cm straight down at 100m.
