The air gap between the suppressor and the carbon fiber shield effectively prevents heat transfer. When firing, pressure pulls air away through the openings. The Safe Guard is lightweight yet extremely durable, providing excellent protection. It withstands temperatures of up to 600°C for short periods. Easy to install on Silent Steel suppressors.
