A steel-made next-generation suppressor for blowback rifles. Designed and manufactured in Finland for heavy-duty use!

Suppressors will be upgraded to the new Generation 3 in 2024. As of June 18, 2024, all new orders for 5.56 suppressors will be of the new generation. Other calibers will follow later. The new version features improved flash and sound suppression. Previous GEN2 Micro and Compact size suppressors had excessive flash, especially with shorter barrels and certain cartridges. The new GEN3 series suppressors have excellent flash suppression, with the Micro effectively minimizing flash from a 10" barrel. Additionally, sound suppression has reached a new level. With the Compact and Streamer size suppressors in 5.56 caliber, sound remains below 137dB measured near the shooter's ear, which is a safe level for hearing. The interior of the new series suppressors has undergone changes, easily identified by the conical shape visible in the bullet hole and the GEN3 marking on the end.

The Micro Streamer is the shortest suppressor in the Silent Steel lineup. Suppression power: 10-15dB. It is designed for users who want the lightest and shortest rifle. The Micro Streamer provides a brake-like feel in the rifle while still offering sufficient suppression, making shooting indoors significantly more pleasant. Sound and pressure are also directed forward, resulting in reduced noise and pressure for the shooter and bystanders.

The blowback design does not significantly increase the amount of returning gas to the rifle. Therefore, there is no need to change gas adjustments. The steel-bodied suppressor is designed for functional shooting and withstands high temperatures.

The suppressor features a QD (Quick Detachable) attachment that connects to Silent Steel's own muzzle brake/flame suppressor. The suppressor and the brake on the barrel have M27x1.5 threads, making it easy to attach and detach the suppressor from the rifle. The design ensures that the pressure from shooting forces the suppressor secure, eliminating the need for separate locking mechanisms. The structure of the muzzle brake head and the heat-resistant O-ring seals the suppressor and prevents combustion residues from entering the threads.

Thanks to the attachment structure, the suppressor always connects in the same position, minimizing changes in the point of impact. The symmetrical internal structure affects the bullet consistently from all sides, ensuring the trajectory remains constant. On average, shooting with this suppressor will alter the point of impact by 1-4cm straight down at a distance of 100m.
