A steel next-gen through-flow rifle sound suppressor. Manufactured and designed in Finland for heavy-duty use!

Suppressors will be upgraded to the new Generation 3 in 2024. From June 18, 2024, all new orders for 5.56 suppressors will already be of the new generation. Other calibers will follow. The new version has improved flash and sound suppression. The previous GEN2 Micro and Compact suppressors had excessive flash, especially on shorter barrels with specific ammunition. The new GEN3 suppressors exhibit excellent flash suppression, even the Micro version eliminates flash from a 10" barrel. Sound suppression has also jumped to a new level. With Compact and Streamer suppressors in 5.56 caliber, sound remains below 137dB measured next to the shooter, which is a safe listening level. The interior of the new generation suppressor has been modified and can be recognized by the cone visible in the bullet hole and the GEN3 marking at the end.

The Compact Streamer is a medium-sized suppressor from Silent Steel. Suppression effectiveness 15-32dB. The suppressor is disassemblable for maintenance. The through-flow model is recommended for gas-operated semi-automatic rifles. A baffle replacement kit is also available, intended more for single-shot rifles. The suppressor's caliber can also be changed by replacing the internals. The Compact Streamer series suppressors effectively eliminate all visible flash from the barrel and significantly reduce noise.

The through-flow design does not increase the amount of returning gas to the rifle significantly. Therefore, it is not necessary to change the gas adjustments. The steel-cased suppressor is designed for operational shooting and can withstand heat well.

QD (Quick Detachable) suppressor attaches to Silent Steel's own brake/flash suppressor. The suppressor and the upcoming muzzle brake have M27x1.5 threads, making attachment and removal easy. The design ensures that the pressure generated while shooting keeps the suppressor tight, eliminating the need for separate locking mechanisms. The structure at the end of the brake and the heat-resistant O-ring seal the suppressor and prevent carbon buildup in the threads.

Thanks to the mounting structure, the suppressor always attaches in the same position, resulting in minimal changes to the point of impact. With the symmetrical inner structure, the effect on the projectile is the same from all sides, so the trajectory remains consistent. On average, shooting with this suppressor changes the point of impact by 1-4cm directly down at a distance of 100m.
