Quality is imbued into our barrels from the start. We utilize the best materials, certified either 4150 Mil-Spec steel or 416-R Stainless. Each barrel undergoes a series of tests at every stage until it is finished in Nitride and final inspected. All barrels are individually checked for headspace using precision hardened gauges.

Manufactured in-house from gun-barrel-quality bar-stock, the Match Series starts with 416-R featuring 5R rifling. 5R is a hybrid rifling design with lands opposite of grooves and reduced sharp angles to minimize jacket deformation, enhancing velocity and facilitating easy cleaning. We chamber our Match Series in .223 Wylde, a hybrid chamber that fully exploits the 5R rifling. This results in better accuracy through reduced bullet jump, while being fully and individually MPI tested for your safety. After extensive testing, the barrels are Nitride treated inside and out, preserving the bore, extending barrel life, and protecting against the elements.
The extension is coated with Nickel Teflon which provides impressive dry lubricity, corrosion resistance, and the coating enhances the fit between the extension and receiver - further improving accuracy. Collectively, the Match Series of barrels are ready for when duty calls or competition starts with unrivaled performance value.
