Every barrel undergoes rigorous testing at each stage, culminating in Nitride treatment and thorough inspection. All barrels are individually checked for headspace using precision custom hardened gauges.

Manufactured in-house from gun-barrel-quality bar stock, the Match Series begins with 416-R stainless steel and utilizes 5R rifling. This hybrid rifling features lands opposite grooves with reduced sharp angles, minimizing jacket deformation, enhancing velocity, and simplifying cleaning. We chamber our Match Series barrels in .223 Wylde, a hybrid chamber that fully utilizes the advantages of 5R rifling. Experience superior accuracy through reduced bullet jump, with all barrels MPI tested for your safety. After extensive testing, our barrels are treated with Nitride inside and out to seal the bore, extend barrel life, and protect against the elements.
The extension is coated with Nickel Teflon, providing exceptional dry lubricity and corrosion resistance, while the coating tightens the fit between the extension and receiver, further enhancing accuracy. Together, the Match Series barrels are prepared to deliver unmatched performance when called upon.
