Question: When will the next Nordic Components shipment arrive?
Answer: The latest batch is currently undergoing CIP inspection.
Q: Do you buy used guns?
A: Yes, we buy, depending on the condition and the whole.
Please note that while guns may have a lot of sentimental value, the monetary value may be very limited.
We also assist in larger estate gun license matters.
The best way for things to progress is for the weapons to be displayed with permits and IDs, so in the best case, deals can be made right away on the spot.

Q: Can I order products abroad?
A: Yes you can, you can email us a list of the products you want to be sent, excluding licensed products, such as guns and cartridges, etc.
We'll send you an invoice and when it's paid, we'll send the delivery information via tracking.
The Aawee.com page for international shopping is coming, after which you can order products directly online! Please note, not all products are available to ship internationally.
Q: Can the weapon be reserved in advance?
A: Yes, you can. Weapons over €600 can be reserved in advance by paying the reservation fee product. If you buy via the online store, add the exact information of the weapon, the product code and additional information about the permit situation in the message field.
Q: What do I need to deliver when buying licensed products?
A: Send a copy of both sides of the permits as well as the identity card or passport to us at info(at)aawee.fi.
If you buy a gun, deliver (e.g. Matkahuolto or Posti) all 4 ORIGINAL PHYSICAL SIGNED COPIES of the purchase permit (buyer's signature) and a copy of the identity document (passport / identity card).
Q: Are primers/powders available?
A: Due to the current security situation in Europe, the availability of many different products is currently weak. You can see the most up-to-date situation of online store balances.
Q: My order was not successful, why, what do I do?
A: Sometimes the online store order gets stuck, there are many reasons. Try the following:
- Refresh the browser with the right mouse button and reload the page or alternatively press F5 on the keyboard.
- Try ordering with a different browser.
- Try a different payment method.
- Make sure you are on our website; www.aawee.fi.
Q: I placed an order over the phone and a delivery/handling fee was added to the invoice, why?
A: We currently offer free delivery for direct e-commerce orders over €200. If the product is ordered by e-mail/invoice/phone, this causes us some extra work, so we have to invoice part of it. We therefore recommend ordering the product directly from the online store.
For licensed products, we offer delivery costs of only €9.95 for purchases over €400.
Q: Can the license information entitling to possession be delivered somehow encrypted or via something other than e-mail?
A: Yes, you can send an encrypted message request to the address 'info(at)aawee.fi', in which case you will receive an encrypted message as a return message to which you can attach permissions and other personal information. You can also send the permits e.g. via Signal or show the permits by stopping by our stores in Jämsä, Tampere or Jyväskylä. Note! To buy a gun, all 4 signed physical copies of the permit are always required, as well as a copy of the identity card or passport!
Q: Where is my order?
A: Currently, it is possible to order products from each different store for the same order. For this reason, sometimes there may be a delay of 2-3 days in delivery, if there are more products from different stores when the order is combined.
As a general rule, however, everything can be sent from the same store within 24 hours. You can see the current order status when you log into your Aawee account. Thank you!
