Delivery methods and delivery prices

Current options and prices for delivery costs can be found in step 3 of the Shopping Cart in the online store: Choose a delivery method.
From €0, depending on the total amount - weight and which warehouse the products come from.

Matkahuolto (we recommend!)

- In addition to Matkahuolto, pick up your package from a Matkahuolto office.
- A dense cooperation network and long service hours in the evenings and weekends guarantee that you can pick up the package nearby when it suits you best.
- When the package can be picked up at the destination station, you will receive a notification via text message or email.
- Matkahuolto's home delivery is an easy way to receive a shipment. Smaller ones will be delivered to the address of your choice. For larger shipments, Posti or Matkahuolto will agree a delivery time with you.
- NOTE! Licensed products, e.g. weapons, cannot be delivered nearby as a package, but can only be picked up at locations under the supervision of MH staff, i.e. with a cash advance or something similar, due to the feature of handing over in person.

Shipments delivered personally by Matkahuolto come at an additional cost. The "Handover in person" additional service must always be used for shipments containing weapons, cartridges and other items that require a permit, which is why they may cost more.

Posti

You can see the general options and prices for orders delivered by mail when ordering the Shopping Basket.
From €0 depending on the total amount - weight.

- Pick up the products you ordered from your own Post. You will be notified by text message or e-mail that the package has arrived, and you can pick up your shipment from the post office immediately after 4 pm on the day of arrival.
- Pick up the products you ordered from the Posti parcel machine of your choice. You will be notified by text message when the package has arrived and you can pick up your shipment from the machine right away.
- Mail home delivery is an easy way to receive a shipment. Smaller ones will be delivered to the address of your choice. For larger shipments, Posti will agree a delivery time with you.
- NOTE! Licensed products cannot be delivered via Posti!

Delivery time & store stocks.

The delivery time of our products is usually 1 - 7 working days. We always strive for the fastest possible delivery. However, this is affected by where the products are located in the warehouse.

If your order only contains products from the online store's stock, the estimated delivery time is approximately: 1-3 days.

If your order has products from several warehouses, the estimated delivery time is approximately: 3-7 days.
In multi-warehouse orders, we collect the products from several warehouses and deliver your order together in one shipment.

The warehouses of the stores serving as warehouses: Aawee Jämsä, Aawee Tampere, Aawee Jyväskylä.

In the online store, products can be purchased from several different warehouses. Shipping costs are naturally higher for these orders.

The location of the products affects how and how quickly we get the products sent to the customer. If the products are in several warehouses, we collect the products and deliver them together from one warehouse.
Stock balances and availability can be found under the product under store availability.
The online store's warehouse is located in Aawee Jämsä, and we aim to ship the majority of orders from there.

We contact customers as soon as possible by email or phone if we notice that the delivery time is taking longer than normal.

A small delivery surcharge is added to orders under a specific value. This is indicated in your basket.

As a general rule, everything can be sent from the same store within 24 hours.


Payment methods:

Free delivery on e-shop orders over €200. We charge a delivery and handling fee based on the weight for those registered / invoiced by hand.

Online bank payments: Products and their delivery costs are paid when ordering via Paytrail. In the online store, you can pay with the following payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Pankki, Säästöpankki / Aktia, Nooa, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Tapiola and S-bank.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. Read more: https://www.paytrail.com/

Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Eurocard. In payments made with credit cards, Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.

Klarna invoice: You will receive an invoice with your order. You have 1

4 days interest-free payment period. A billing supplement is added.
Adult customers can order the products with an invoice. You cannot order products on an invoice when you order the products for someone else or you have otherwise given someone other than your address in the population register as the delivery address.

Installment payment - Klarna account: You can pay for your order in installments using Klarna's Installment payment method. When you pay with Klarna installments, Klarna Oy automatically opens an account for you with the first order. You can reduce the balance of the account in the monthly installments you choose yourself.
You can always pay off the balance of the bill all at once if you wish. Klarna account terms and conditions
All purchases you pay with Klarna installments are automatically combined to the same account and on the same monthly invoice, also when you pay with Klarna installments when shopping in other online stores. So you only get one invoice every month, with only one billing supplement regardless of the order amount. Once you have paid the final amount of the invoice, the account will be closed automatically. In order to accept your purchase, you will be asked for your social security number in the shopping cart, the address you entered in the population register and information about your annual income. You will receive a decision on the acceptance of your order immediately after confirming the order. Gift cards: A gift card is a code that is entered in the gift card code column on the left side of the online store. The reduced price will appear in the shopping cart. You can buy gift cards online or in stores.

E-pass / Smartum / Easybreak and other employee benefit payments: You can use these payment methods to pay only for ATC / Aawee Training Center shooting range services and trainings / courses. See the information on how to pay with them on the respective service provider's website.

Delivery terms in brief:

1. Products have a 14-day right of return.
2. Products that are in stock generally have a delivery time of 1 - 3 business days. If the ordered product is exceptionally out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately.
3. If the wrong product has been delivered to the consumer, or the product is defective, the consumer must immediately notify the customer service of the Aawee.fi online store.
4. Aawee Oy is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed. Aawee Oy from a matter beyond its control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, official decision, disruption of public traffic or other similar activity that complicates or prevents the operation of the Aawee.fi online store.

Delivery of Licensed Goods

Buying a firearm
Before we can deliver licensed products, we must obtain a certificate of identity and the necessary permits. A driver's license is not used for identification.
After placing the order, you must send us the original license to acquire a firearm issued by the police (4 copies, signed) and a copy of the identity document by post to us.
Remember to sign the original purchase permit! Also include the online store's order number or a copy of the order confirmation. Deliver the original purchase permits and a copy of the identity document to the store where the product you bought is located.

Products subject to a possession permit
When buying products that require an acquisition or possession permit, such as cartridges or silencers, you must provide us with a copy of the firearm acquisition or possession permit and your identity card. A copy must be taken of both sides of the possession permit.
You can buy the products normally and deliver the permits after ordering, for example by e-mail. So you can, for example, scan or photograph the permits and send them to us by email at info@aawee.fi.
Copies can be delivered by travel service or by post. Include the order number.

Ordering air weapons
When purchasing airguns, please provide a copy of your ID so we can verify that you are 18 years old. A copy of the identity card can be delivered in the above-mentioned ways.

Delivery of firearms / Products subject to a possession permit / Air weapons is only possible through Matkahuolto. The product can also be picked up directly from the store.
You can otherwise buy a firearm or licensed product from the online store as normal.

Right of return, product exchanges, complaints and cancellation of the sale

The products have a full 14-day right of return. The product to be returned must be unused and unaltered in its intact packaging.

The return must be notified to customer service in advance. We receive exchanges only with Matkahuolto or delivered to the store!

Used products are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale. Please take into account that the used product does not necessarily correspond to the original sales product when the product is used.

The same right of return applies to damaged products or if you have otherwise received an incorrect delivery. In that case, you do not have to pay delivery costs.

However, we kindly ask you to state in your notification:

Reason for return (if damaged or incorrect product)
Subscriber's name and order number
Do you just want to return the product and get the money back in your account, or do you want us to send a similar product instead.
In order to return the money, we ask you to provide the account number
Complaints

We ask that all complaints related to the order or delivery be sent to customer service within seven (7) days of receiving the order.


Warranties

Some products have a product-specific warranty that is defined separately in the product information.


Cancellation of trade and order

The customer can cancel his order if the delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time before the delivery of the order. Cancellation of the order must be notified to customer service. We usually notify our customers by email or phone if the delivery time differs from normal.
Aawee Oy reserves the right to cancel the order due to incorrect information, balances or deliveries and will then return the money to the customer's account. Aawee Oy reserves the right to repair a defective product. Note! The delivery time of ordered products is an estimate. The delivery of some products can take significantly longer in certain situations.

Aawee Oy is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed.
