SURVIVAL KNIFE BLADE

The sharp blade, holding its edge well, is easy to sharpen again when necessary and measures 15 cm.

Normally, carbon steel is prone to corrosion and rusts easily without proper care. In the case of the survival knife, carbon steel properties, such as corrosion resistance, have been enhanced with various coatings.
The blade is hard yet still resilient, and the versatile honing makes the survival knife a tool that works in any situation. However, it is not a striking tool, and it is wiser to work larger logs with an axe. It is suitable for smaller wood and clearing brush.

The blade features a PTFE/Teflon coating that protects the carbon steel from rust and reduces friction and the adherence of impurities. The coating also meets food safety certification requirements. This feature is appreciated by all who handle food, game, or fish with a knife.

SURVIVAL KNIFE HANDLE

The ergonomic handle of the survival knife is designed to work in any conditions. Its texture, grip, and comfortable feel keep the handle securely in hand, even with wet fingers, and it does not feel cold in chilly weather. TPV (thermoplastic vulcanizate) does not absorb moisture and is resistant to chemicals and temperature fluctuations. It withstands impacts and wear for nearly unlimited durability.

SURVIVAL KNIFE SHEATH

One of the key advantages of the survival knife is its innovative sheath solution. Thanks to the rubber rolling mechanism, the knife sits firmly in its sheath but can be quickly drawn with one hand when needed, assisted by the thumb. The sheath's Velcro attachment is compatible with MOLLE and PALS systems, providing plenty of carry options. Carry the survival knife on the straps of a backpack or vest. Sometimes it may be necessary to suspend the knife differently. The sheath allows for carrying upside-down, for example, in tactical gear.

The Kydex sheath is made by Lithuanian TRC Knives. While it lacks the composite and leather sheath’s rolling mechanism, the Kydex sheath keeps the survival knife securely in place and allows for quick access when necessary. The durable and waterproof sheath easily attaches to the user’s belt.
