Sharpening: • First, grind both sides of the blade with a coarse sharpening stone in a lateral direction until a "twist" forms at the edge of the blade. • Grind away the twist using the smoother side of the sharpening stone. • Use water for the sharpening process as well. • Clean and dry the blade thoroughly. • Sharpen the knife regularly to avoid the need for a demanding re-sharpening.
