Sharpening:• First, grind both sides of the blade with a coarse whetstone lengthwise until a "spiral" forms at the edge.• Grind the spiral away using the smoother side of the whetstone.• Use water for sharpening.• Clean and dry the blade.• Sharpen the knife regularly to avoid requiring intensive resharpening. Sheath Care:• Treat the knife sheath with leather conditioner as needed.
