Double-sided diamond sharpening stone with a sturdy handle, featuring diamond grits of 1000 / 600 dmi. Size of the diamond surfaces is 2.4 cm x 7.2 cm. Total length of the sharpener is 19.5 cm.
This diamond stone is the easiest and most efficient among manual sharpeners. Maintaining the sharpening angle is simpler with a stone model, reducing the chance of error. The diamond file allows you to sharpen everything from high-quality chef knives to sickles.
When sharpening with the diamond stone, the knife remains stationary while the sharpener is moved evenly along the entire blade. A circular motion is most effective, but straight pulls can also be made along the blade. Unlike regular sharpening stones, the diamond stone does not require oil or water. Diamonds, known for their hardness, are particularly suitable for sharpening steel knives. The surface of the sharpener is coated with diamond dust, which sharpens the blade effectively.
